DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
When addecuately mixing SERVOL 3612 with the
correct amount of water, the created emulsion can
be use for general machinig and grinding operations
of Steel. It may also be used for Aluminium.
ADVANTAGES AND PROPERTIES
The White milky emulsion offers good cooling proerties on
the cutting zone as well as lubrication for a smooth
operation.
SERVOL 3612 creates a stable microemulsion that can be
created by mixing water of hardness from 5 to 40º HF.
SERVOL 3612 has good anticorrosive properties when the
concentration of the emulsion is above 5% offering the
machined pieces and the CNC machines excellent
corrosion protection
SERVOL 3612 emulsion will offer significant savings when
compared to traditional metalworking products as, it is able
to perform very well at low concentrations, operate for a
long period of time, protect the machining tools and also
offer all the necessary effective antibacteria properties of
the emulsion.
