The wire is designed for welding steels that maintain the required heat strength and ductility at a working temperature of 570°C, such as DIN 13CrMo44, GS-17CrMo55, BS 3604 Grade 620 and 621, etc. These steels are usually used to manufacture power plant equipment. It is also suitable for the chemical and petrochemical industry, where resistance to hydrogen attack, sulfur-containing crude oil (petroleum) and cracking due to fatigue corrosion in acidic environments is required.
Recommended preheating and temperature between welding passes 150-200°C. Heat treatment at 690°C to reduce stress.
